The S.F.A.C.A. is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to fighting for educational rights as well as providing information on other educational facilities. The S.F.A.C.A. is currently focusing our resources and efforts to prevent educational neglect among home schooled students as well as other forms of educational neglect allowed by law. Unfortunately, society has turned a blind eye to home schooled children all across America due to the false belief that home schooled children must report and be tested within the school district in which they reside. Because of this, there have been thousands of children over the years being neglected, even to this day. No one has bothered to stop and take notice, but yet it has taken for some of these children to grow up to do anything about it, to begin to shed light on this very real, very large epidemic of home schooled children not being schooled. We are working together to fight to pass legislation into law to help stop this form of neglect from happening to any more children, and with your help we can make this dream a reality! The School for All Children Act is not against home schooling as a whole. In fact, we believe that home schooling can work if parents do the work, but we are against parents using the relaxed laws of home schooling to allow them to legally neglect their children. |
